Clinical Mind Psychiatry Boca Raton, Fl
Understanding Comes Before Prescribing
I believe psychiatry works best when it’s personal. Every person has a unique story, and treatment should begin with listening — not rushing to a prescription.
My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and rooted in evidence-based medicine.
Together, we’ll build a plan that helps you regain balance, confidence, and a sense of self.

A Thoughtful, Evidence-Based Approach
My Approach to Care
I view mental health as an essential part of overall wellness. My work combines scientific knowledge with compassion and respect for each patient’s story.
Treatment always begins with understanding your symptoms and your life context: what’s working, what’s not, and what truly matters to you.
While medication can be an important tool, it’s never the only one.

A Personal Note
A Personal Note from Dr. Alonso
The most meaningful part of my work is seeing people begin to feel like themselves again. To see that moment of lightness when they realize improvement is possible.
Psychiatry isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about understanding, consistency, and rebuilding confidence in your ability to cope and thrive.
I feel privileged to walk alongside my patients through that process – to witness their progress, however small, and help them find steadiness again.
If you’ve been feeling alone or unheard, I’d be honored to meet with you and begin that process together.
